As a result of the examination, the decision of "EIA is not required" was given by the Governorship of Istanbul on 7 September 2022 for the project.

Your constructions; It is stated that within the scope of the Presidential Action Plan, 100 thousand social housing projects will be built every year.

40 BLOCKS WILL BE SEWED, 115 THOUSAND SQUARE METERS OF CONSTRUCTION WILL BE DONE

According to the information in the project introduction file, 115 thousand square meters of construction will be made in the area. Area; It has the function of "Special Project Area and Urban Development Area" in the "Yenişehir (European Side) Reserve Building Area (Canal Istanbul Project) 1st Stage" development plans. Within the scope of the planned project, 40 residences, 844 concierge apartments, 8 shops and 10 mosque construction and landscaping will be carried out in 1 blocks. The height limit of the blocks will not exceed 21.50 meters.

The cost of the project was calculated as 491 million 666 thousand 296 TL. It is planned that the excavation works will be completed in 11 months and the construction works will be completed in 24 months.

IT IS 259 ​​METERS FROM THE CHANNEL

Kanal Istanbul passes 259 meters east of the project area. Istanbul Airport is 4 km from the project area.

The area where the constructions will take place is located at the border of the long-distance protection area of ​​the Sazlıdere Dam.

EIA PROCESS OF OTHER STAGES CONTINUES

TOKİ started the EIA process of the second and third stage mass housing projects to be built in Arnavutköy Baklalı on 29 August.

There are a total of 64 residences in 337 blocks in the project, which continues its EIA review.
