Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which has implemented many human-oriented works and services throughout the city, continues its investments that will increase the quality of life in the districts without slowing down. Aiming for the citizens to spend time in more decent and peaceful places within the scope of its 'Happy city Kocaeli' vision, the Metropolitan offers a viewing terrace with a bridge view to the Dilovası district in this context.
STEEL ASSEMBLY OF THE BUILDING IS COMPLETE
The viewing terrace, which will be built on an area of 2 square meters right behind Yılport Transportation Services Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, will add charm to Dilovası as it overlooks Osmangazi Bridge and Izmit Bay. Metropolitan, which carries out serious work for the viewing terrace overlooking the bridge, is building a modern cafeteria in the project area. The teams, which have completed the steel assembly and walls of the cafeteria building to be built on an area of 300 square meters, continue to manufacture the suspended ceiling frame and roof covering.
IT WILL INCREASE DILOVASI'S QUALITY OF LIFE
Citizens will be able to watch the unique view of both the Osmangazi Bridge and the Gulf of Izmit while sipping their hot and cold drinks on the observation terrace, which will serve as a cafe. Children were also considered in the project that will improve Dilovası's quality of life. In this context, the teams of the Department of Parks and Gardens are preparing a 180 square meter playground for children. After the teams make the floor covering, they will assemble various playgroups. In this way, children can also have a good time in front of the view.
