Odyssey of the Seas, one of the largest ships in the world and bringing 3 thousand 693 passengers, mainly American, English and German, made its first voyage to Bodrum. While most of the disembarked passengers visited the Bodrum bazaar on foot, about a thousand passengers took tour buses to go to Bodrum Castle and ruins.

Odyssey of the Seas, one of Royal Caribbean's newest and largest ships, started its voyages in 2021. The ship, which is 347 meters long, has a capacity of 5 passengers and 510 crew members. There are 663 decks, 14 restaurants, 15 pools and 2 cabins for passengers to use. Its facilities include a surfing simulator, rock climbing wall, skydiving simulator, swimming pools, observation cabin, bumper cars, basketball court, solarium, SPA and Fitness Center, and theater.
