While the tariff for residential and industrial subscribers remained constant in natural gas, the tariff for electricity generation was increased by 10 percent.
The tariff table for August was published on the website of Boru Hatları ve Petrol Taşıma AŞ (BOTAŞ).
Accordingly, the sales price to be applied by BOTAŞ to gas distribution companies for residential consumers in August remained constant, reaching 1000 thousand 3 liras for 264 cubic meters of natural gas, and 1000 thousand 10 liras for industrial subscribers, for 416 cubic meters of natural gas.
In the tariff for electricity generation, the price of 1000 cubic meters of natural gas was determined as 10 thousand 13 with an increase of 750 percent.
Price tariffs for natural gas are calculated on a monthly basis.
