2-Procurement of goods
a) Name: Purchasing of Cleaning Vehicles (Including Snow Plow Apparatus) to Erzurum and Kars Logistics Centers
b) Quality, type and amount: At least 1 (one) m⊃3; Capacity compact type 4×4 traction multi-purpose cleaning and road sweeper purchase

c) Place to be made/delivered: Erzurum and Kars Logistics Centers
ç) Duration/delivery date: 60 (sixty) calendar days following the signing of the contract. If the materials are not delivered on time, the contract will be terminated unilaterally. Unsuitable cleaning and road sweeping Machines will be returned to the supplier company and new material will be provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days. The company will not claim any price or right for this. Cleaning Machines will be delivered to Erzurum (Palandöken) and Kars Logistics Centers. Along with the machine, standard tools, jacks and keys etc. will be given. Employment and maintenance training will be given to the personnel to be shown by TCDD.
d) Starting date: Following the signing of the contract, work will start.
