The competition, in which the most efficient electric vehicles will compete at TEKNOFEST, will be organized in two categories as Electromobile and Hydromobile. The application deadline is March 0th. Applications continue for the International Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races and the High School Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races.
In the competition, where it is aimed to reveal the most efficient vehicles from design to technical equipment, it is aimed that students gain knowledge and experience in vehicle technologies, while they are encouraged to have the opportunity to research on the subject and follow the developments in the world.
Electric vehicles compete at TEKNOFEST
The competition, which aims to popularize the use of alternative and clean energy sources in the automotive industry and to raise awareness by attracting the attention of the public about the use of alternative energies in vehicle technologies, is organized in two categories as Electromobile and Hydromobile.
Deadline for application is March 7
All undergraduate, graduate and doctorate students and high school students, whether they are Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, can participate in the competition, where applications can be made until March 7th.
In both categories, top prizes of 50.000 TL, second prizes 40.000 TL and third prizes 30.000 TL await, while at high school level prizes of 30.000 TL, 20.000 TL for the second and 10.000 TL for the third.
Races in Kocaeli
In the competition, the works of the participants will be evaluated in three different stages as a progress report, technical design report, driving video and race scoring.
Within the scope of TEKNOFEST, the races will be held at Kocaeli Körfez Racetrack between 19-24 July.
Organized with the support of Turkey's leading technology companies, public, media organizations and universities, TEKNOFEST will be held this year at Çarşamba Airport in Samsun, the city where the national struggle began, between August 30 and September 4, 2022. (TRT)
