In order to prevent the candidates from being victimized in the recruitment of the company, it was stated that the regulation was made with the Decree Law No. 696 (Decree) with the intense efforts of Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım and the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, and the appreciation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan:

"In line with the statements of our Minister, the candidates who have succeeded in recruiting personnel in 2017/2 within the scope of the mentioned Decree and whose start-up procedures have been completed and whose security conditions are favorable, will be started on January 8, 2018."

It was stated in the statement that the candidates whose procedures have been completed need to apply to the provincial directorates where they will start working, the new legislation to be issued in 2018 and all purchases will be valid and will be processed within the framework of this legislation.
