But this year we will have another very important project. We will lay the foundation of the Kanal Istanbul Project, which the world is looking forward to. We have reached the final stage in the project study and determined the project route. Considering the evaluation criteria in the studies, we chose N Küçükçekmece-Sazlıdere-Durusu N corridor as the most suitable route for the Kanal Istanbul Project.
This hallway will be approximately 45 kilometers long; We are also planning the projects of port, logistics center and artificial island as integrated with the channel route. The size, number and location of the planned filling areas and artificial islands will be determined and will be finalized upon completion of the final works. And this year, one of the biggest projects in the world for Channel Istanbul will hit the dig.
