Poems from railway palas hotel

Poems from the railway palace hotel: Prolific poet Güntürk Üstün chose railways as his subject after his first book last year, which mainly included his poems on maritime lines, and published his second book, ŞİİRLER FROM DEMİRYOLU PALAS HOTEL, which consists entirely of his poems about railways.
About the railways, which are getting more and more important day by day and drawing a rapid development graph in our country as well as all over the world, Güntürk Üstün, with the support of his own experiences and his rich dream world since his childhood, trains, railway passengers, passengers, stations and stations. he created an adventurous poem about him. This is a work that we think that both railroad lovers and poetry lovers cannot remain indifferent. "

Güntürk Üstün was born in Ankara in 1962. He graduated from Ege Faculty of Medicine in 1988 as a medical doctor in İzmir, where he completed his primary education. When he decided to work in the pharmaceutical industry, he settled in Istanbul in the first months of 1994. Since then, he has been working as a medical manager in the Turkish Pharmaceutical Sector. Between 1969 and 1985, he was dealing with poetry like many of his peers. However, when he failed to publish his writings in a literary magazine other than children - youth - school newspapers and magazines, he stopped writing poetry in the summer of 1985 with a bit of resentment. Turning back to poetry in the spring of 2006, this time it made a kind of definitive turn. He still continues to write poetry intensively. His poems were published in the magazines I Miss Poetry, Sincan Station, Akatalpa, Lacivert, Eliz Edebiyat and Afrodisyas Sanat respectively. In addition, in the poetry selection Kırıklar Atlas (2011), one poem each was included in the works titled Euthanasia / The Book of the Month (2013), Dawn Is Not Colorful (2014), and Violence in Health Problem / Book of the Month (2014).

THE PASSENGER OF DIFFERENT TRAINS

I left home early
I've reached the emitting gara
I took the suburban train
Laughter in my ears
I wasn't drunk with a whistle

I couldn't find a place on the plane
I missed the last bus
I got a mail train
Footsteps in my mind
I didn't mind the long journey

I went to her last address.
I found out he changed town
I took the speed train
I dreamed his head on my shoulder
I did not complain about my loneliness

I was in front of your new address
I stopped seeing you
I took the train
I assumed we never left
I've matured insomnia.

I was finally at home again
I'm glad it's a holiday
If I could ride a freight train
Could I have spent the evening with you?
Would you turn with me in the morning?

I'm tired of earth
I wanted to go underground
I took the subway train
Image of my mobile phone
I didn't feel the tunnels of life
