Istanbul's new subway with Mecidiyekoy-Mahmutbey between 26 minutes

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Kadir Topbaş, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, talked about the infrastructure and transportation works in Istanbul.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Bağcılar, Lokman Çağırıcı, the Mayor of Esenler, Tevfik Göksu and the Mayor of Kağıthane, Fazlı Kılıç.
