Construction work continues on the Yerköy-Sivas line, the foundation of which is the first phase of the high-speed train project, which was laid on March 13, 2009 and is planned to go to Ankara-Yozgat-Sivas and the Turkish republics. The project, which has been tendered for 850 million TL, will decrease to 50 minutes between Yozgat and Ankara.
Expressing that the infrastructure works in Yerköy, Yozgat Center, Sorgun and Akdağmadeni districts, which are located on the high-speed train railway line and are in the first stage of the project, have reached 90 percent levels, the contractor company official Şenol Aydın said that with the arrival of spring, the works will accelerate. kazanhe said he did.
Since 2009, the works have been continuing, and the works, which slowed down due to the winter season, accelerated again with the spring. kazanAydın said, “Our work has increased with the improvement of the weather. Currently, our work continues from 174 to 466 kilometers. Between 174 and 223, 90 percent of the infrastructure works have been completed. The parts we call Yıldızeli should be finished by October. By next year, the works from Yerköy to Sivas in this region will be finished,” he said.
QUICK TRAIN HAS PROVIDED JOB
While the construction of Ankara-Yozgat-Sivas railway line was continuing, a large area of employment was created for the villages and districts around the route. Workers in the Yerkoy region, said they were happy to work on the high-speed train line.
Çelebi Kılıç, one of the workers, stated that they had difficulty in finding a job before and said, “There was a job problem in our district before. With the high-speed train passing here, many of our citizens got a job here. God bless those who have given us this work. ” he spoke.
Expressing that they work in their own country, Kadir Eliaçık said, “We are Yerköy, we have a job in our own country. We do not have to go to foreign business for business. It lies in our insurance. We build a bridge, train and vehicles will pass under it. ” He spoke in the form.
