For those eagerly awaiting the most popular routes, the train schedules are designed to maximize convenience. The TGV Lyria, connecting France and Switzerland, along with OUIGO services, have opened ticket sales for travel from July through December. Capacity Expansion and New Destinations

Set to restart on March 30, the popular OUIGO services connecting Paris Gare de Lyon with seasonal destinations like Perpignan, are a core part of SNCF’s summer strategy.
These high-speed, budget-friendly trains include stops at key cities such as Lyon, Nîmes, and Montpellier, with plans to extend their reach along the Mediterranean coast. For example, the Paris-Montpellier route will see an additional daily service during peak holiday periods, making weekend trips more flexible and affordable for families and solo travelers alike.
Starting in April, SNCF will introduce the OUIGO Train Classique network, connecting Paris to Bordeaux. This route expansion, which will serve six million passengers by 2026, aims to provide an economical alternative to flying while offering increased frequency and comfort on traditional rail lines.
Both legacy and new customers can purchase tickets for over seventy destinations across France and neighboring countries for the entire second half of 2026, ensuring no traveler is left behind in the rush for summer adventures.
