ESHOT Registers Its Service Quality with International Documents!

The quality certificates held by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate were registered once again by the Turkish Standards Institute auditors. The institution was also entitled to receive TS EN ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System Certificate due to its energy efficiency studies.

Izmir's 81-year-old public transportation brand ESHOT has registered its service quality with internationally valid quality certificates. TS EN ISO 2019:9001 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 2015:14001 Environmental Management System, TS ISO 2015:45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and TS ISO 2018:10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System, which the institution was entitled to receive for the first time in 2015. The documents were approved once again by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) auditors.

The fifth document also arrived

TSE auditors also carried out the necessary inspections for the TS EN ISO 2024:50001 Energy Management System Certificate, which ESHOT applied for in January 2018. Telemetry Project, which enables preventive repair/maintenance activities by providing instant monitoring of the working parts of buses; minimizing the idling time of vehicles with an automatic engine shutdown system; He was also entitled to receive this certificate due to his cost-saving projects such as the solar power plant installed on the roofs of Gediz Workshop.

Pointing out that public transportation services in the city are largely provided by buses, ESHOT General Directorate management emphasized that they work with the aim of further increasing travel comfort and safety. It was noted that the TSE certificates ensure stability in service quality and keep corporate motivation alive towards continuous development.
