Düzce University Rectorate, which could not solve the incident that was claimed to have been carried out by the university student affairs, replaced 3 officers.
The incident came to light when the officer who changed the grades of foreign students with an optical reader device, changed the grade of the student who received a 23 to 75, and did this in a closed door.
Civil servants who did not accept this issue in student affairs were sent to other places and replaced with other officers such as trustees.
It is claimed that the most notable of these foreign students is the son of a businessman who owns a private hospital in Azerbaijan.
