Great Interest in Mesopotamia Express Promotion Tour

A promotional tour was held before the first voyage of the tourist train, which will offer new experiences to travel enthusiasts along the route extending from Ankara to Diyarbakır, on April 19.

The train started its journey from Ankara, stopped in Kayseri, Malatya and Elazığ and reached Diyarbakır about 1 day later. Passengers, who enjoyed the natural views along the route in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions, also had the opportunity to get to know the cities where they stopped. Participants visiting historical places in the region had the opportunity to purchase local products while tasting local delicacies.

The first of the voyage organized by TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ General Directorate on the 1051 kilometer route is expected to depart from Ankara on Friday, April 19 at 15.55, and the return train is expected to depart from Diyarbakır at 21 on Sunday, April 12.00.
