“Today, we proudly celebrate April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which is the day of our children, on whom the foundations of the Republic of Turkey were laid and who are the guarantee of our future. At the same time, we commemorate with enthusiasm the 104th anniversary of the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
On this special day, we emphasize once again the importance of coming together and solidarity for the happiness and future of our children. In the light of the principle of national sovereignty that forms the basis of the Republic of Turkey, we remember once again the importance of protecting our democracy and republic.
