YSK's Election Day Bans Reminded

The Directorate of Communications made reminders about election day bans on local elections.

He shared the election day bans determined by the Supreme Electoral Council across the country, where 1 million 32 thousand 610 young people will vote for the first time.

ELECTION DAY PROHIBITIONS DETERMINED BY YSK ARE AS FOLLOWS:

•On the election day, from 06.00 to 23.59, the sale of alcoholic beverages and the consumption of all kinds of alcoholic beverages in drinking establishments and public places will be prohibited.
•No one will be able to carry weapons except those who are responsible for protecting safety and security.
•All public entertainment venues such as coffee houses, coffee houses, cafes and internet cafes will remain closed during the voting period.
•Only food can be served in restaurants that qualify as entertainment venues.
• Weddings can be held after 18.00 on the voting day, provided that election bans are observed.
• It will be prohibited for radio stations and all media outlets to make news, predictions and comments about the elections and election results until 18.00 on the voting day.
•Only news and communiqués to be given by the YSK regarding the elections can be broadcast on radio and all media outlets between 18.00 and 21.00.
•All broadcasts will be free after 21.00, but if the YSK deems it necessary, it may be decided to release broadcasts before 21.00.
