Pinocchio is getting ready to meet children and those who remain children at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Cemal Reşit Rey (CRR) Concert Hall, at the intersection of music and narrative art.
“Pinocchio” presents a universal story about the depths of being human to audiences of all ages. Pinocchio's innocence, curiosity and journey of transformation are brought to the stage with the compositions of Bujor Hoinic, who was born in Romania and lives in Istanbul, and the narration of Akasya Asıltürkmen.
The event will take place on May 19 and June 2 at 11.30 at CRR.
Pinocchio's story contains universal themes such as honesty, loyalty, and the quest to find the true self that affect not only children but people of all ages. With this dramatic narrative, “Pinocchio” strongly emphasizes these themes, providing audiences with an experience that is both entertaining and thought-provoking.
This musical journey will last approximately one hour and is open to all fairy tale lovers aged four and over. Tickets are on sale for 30 TL.
