Mehmet UZEL / KAYSERİ (İGFA) – Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç visited Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek together with the Chairman of the National Defense Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, AK Party Kayseri Deputy Hulusi Akar, and the National Defense Commission Delegation.
THEY LEFT CARNATIONS ON THE TOMBS OF THE MARTYRS
Mayor Büyükkılıç then visited the Kartal Martyrs' Cemetery together with the Chairman of the National Defense Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, AK Party Kayseri Deputy Hulusi Akar, and the National Defense Commission Delegation, and prayed for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country and left carnations on their graves.
VISIT TO THE TOMB OF SEYYID BURHANEDDIN
Then, Büyükkılıç, together with the Chairman of the National Defense Commission of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Hulusi Akar, and the National Defense Commission Delegation, one of the spiritual architects of the city, Hz. He visited the tomb of Mevlana's teacher Seyyid Burhaneddin.
THEY CAME TOGETHER WITH THE FAMILIES OF THE MARTYRS
President Büyükkılıç then met with the families of martyrs and veterans, along with the Chairman of the National Defense Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Hulusi Akar, the National Defense Commission Delegation and Governor Gökmen Çiçek, at the Kayseri Kitchen located in the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan National Garden.
In his speech here, National Defense Commission President Hulusi Akar said, “We are in a great struggle to ensure the unity and integrity of our country, the future, survival and security of our country. "We are trying to make 85 million people a single fist," he said.
