Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cengiz Ergün, in his speech at the launch of the Spilkent Mass Housing Project, shared last-minute information about Gediz Junction with the people of Manisa. Since we had made our zoning plans, we completed the 18 applications without creating a budget burden for the Ministry of Transport and delivered our project to make everyone happy. Let me share with you the news I received while coming here. The tender process of our Gediz Junction project has started. Let me give you the good news of this. In other words, you reach the solution by making zoning plans. After all, you are contributing to the development of that region and the city. In addition, there was a traffic problem experienced by our citizens who wanted to go from Devlet Bahçeli Junction to Muradiye. By making our zoning plans, we were able to start our work called Fatih Boulevard. New plans had to be made for the expropriation of the ground houses there and the title deeds had to be delivered to the rightful owners. These have been resolved. "There are only a few buildings left. When we expropriate them, we will bring an important boulevard to Manisa and breathe new life into the traffic," he said.
