Citizens, who reached the summit by buses from Kars center and Sarıkamış district, reached the meeting area on foot with Turkish flags in their hands.
Citizens took photos in front of the snow sculptures built for the first time in memory of the martyrs in the Kızılçubuk region. As you may remember, the opening of the Snow Sculptures Exhibition, which commemorates the historical memory of Sarıkamış, was held yesterday.
Thousands of people with Turkish flags in their hands read the Quran here, prayed for the martyrs by chanting takbirs and salawats, and then walked towards the Crescent-Star Ceremony Area.
While a 100-meter-long Turkish flag was carried during the march, Minister of Youth and Sports Bak and Minister of Family and Social Services Özdemir Göktaş accompanied citizens throughout the march. sohbet and took a photo.

At the end of the commemoration event, the Turkish Red Crescent will offer a meal to the participants and Turkish Stars and Steel Wings are expected to perform on the ceremony area.
