Muratbey, who has carried out many studies supporting public health, sponsored the 4th National Neuroscience and Medicine Congress hosted by Nişantaşı University with the main theme of 'The Uncompleted Puzzle Brain'.

Organized for the fourth time this year by the Interdisciplinary Brain Research Association, the '4th National Neuroscience and Medicine Congress' was held on 3-4 June at Maslak 1453 NeoTech Campus, hosted by Nişantaşı University. The Brain Festival, a first in Turkey, was also held at the congress, which is Turkey's only Interdisciplinary Neuroscience and Medicine Congress, prepared with a multidisciplinary approach. The congress was held this year with the main theme of 'The Unfinished Puzzle Brain'. Aiming to increase the interest of young talents in science and the brain by including many branches of science covering the content of neuroscience, Prof. Dr. Erdem Tuzun, Prof. Dr. Elif Ozkok, Prof. Dr. Korkut Ulucan and Prof. Dr. Uğur Batı was the chairman.
