The 'Huawei ICT Competition 2019-2022' event, which has been held face-to-face for the first time since 2023, has been completed. Gazi, MEF, TED and Yalova University teams representing Turkey in the finals in the informatics competition, to which more than 74 thousand students from more than 2 thousand universities in 120 countries and regions applied, received 'Innovation', 'Tech4All Honor Award', 'Cloud Informatics' and It managed to win different awards in the 'Computer Networks' categories.

Gazi University students Uğurhan Kutbay, Ali Gözüm, Onat Bulut and Yasin Buğrahan Tapik won the second prize in the 'Innovation' category, while Yalova University student Zeynep Kucur, MEF University student Arda Gökalp Batmaz and TED University student Deniz Özcan came third in the 'Cloud Computing' category. they got it. The third place in the 'Computer Networks' category was the team of Kumsal Arslan, Hilal Elif Mutlu and Muhammed Emin Delice from Yalova University.

The 'Huawei ICT Competition', an important project of Huawei's Seeds for the Future 2.0 initiative, is a common platform established for university students to compete globally and communicate with each other in the field of informatics. By the end of 2022, Huawei collaborated with 2 universities to establish Huawei informatics academies, contributing to the education of more than 200 students each year. Since the first competition held in 200, more than 2015 students from 85 countries and regions around the world have entered the competition.
