Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, which provides great support to agriculture and animal husbandry in order to increase production in rural areas of Denizli and to support the further development of farmers, is establishing an Olive Oil Production Facility in Beyağaç district, breaking new ground. Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan visited the Beyağaç district and embraced his fellow countrymen. Mayor Zolan was accompanied by Beyağaç Mayor Mustafa Akçay, AK Party Beyağaç District President Mustafa Tekin, Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Ali Aydın, council members, neighborhood headmen and their entourage. Mayor Zolan first examined the construction of the Olive Oil Production Facility, which they implemented in Kızılcaağaç Neighborhood, which will serve the Beyağaç district and region, where olive cultivation is intense. After examining the construction for a while, Mayor Zolan and his entourage were informed about the project.

In his statement here, Mayor Zolan stated that after Denizli became a metropolitan city, together with Beyağaç, they tried to serve 19 districts at the highest level and said that they made numerous investments from infrastructure to superstructure, from social facilities to sports fields. Stating that they were able to make investments for rural development after becoming a metropolitan city and they implemented projects specific to some regions, Mayor Zolan said that there is a serious olive production in the region, but there is no olive oil processing facility that will turn it into a value-added product, and that it is not possible for the citizens to build the facility in question. Stating that the olive growers in Beyağaç and its region had to take their produce to Kale district, and that this was both troublesome and not economical, Mayor Zolan said, “We promised to establish an olive oil production facility here. Hopefully, our facility will be operational in a short time and our farmers will be able to process their olives here and obtain olive oil in the new season. Good luck in advance," he said.

After the examination, Mayor Zolan, who visited Kapuz District of Beyağaç district, examined the social facility and coffee house renovation works they had implemented here, and talked to the citizens. sohbet and listened to their concerns.
