The works initiated by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality in order to bring historical civil architectural works to the future continue without slowing down. With the support of the Ordu Governorship YIKOB Presidency, 70 percent of the restoration works carried out in the historical mansion belonging to the Köymen family in Altınordu Selimiye Mahallesi Hamam Sokak have been completed.
The 19-storey historical mansion, which was built on a 512 square meter closed area on a 172 square meter plot at the end of the 2013th century and was expropriated in 3, will be restored to its original form with the initiatives of Ordu Metropolitan Municipality and will be added to the cultural inventory.
