The establishment of the technology center, which will serve in Ulus Business Center, where maintenance and renovation works have been completed, continues.

With the coordinated work of ABB Cultural and Natural Heritage and Science Affairs Departments, it is aimed to bring Ulus back to its old days.
RENOVATION COMPLETED IN ULUS İŞ HANI, TECHNOLOGY CENTER TO BE ESTABLISHED
In the historical Ulus Business Center, some parts of which changed over time and lost their design feature, the maintenance, repair and renovation works, which were started in a way that the original architecture was preserved, were completed.
The modified shop fronts were arranged in accordance with the original, and the items that were closed as a result of the repair works that disrupted the structure in the inner courtyards were revealed. In addition, the copper roofing of the building was renewed with materials and techniques suitable for its original structure.
On the one hand, the Metropolitan Municipality, which protects the historical values of the capital, on the other hand, works to make the city the center of technology and science.
A part of Ulus İş Han, whose maintenance, repair and renovation works have been completed, is being prepared to serve university students and young entrepreneurs as a technology center.
HISTORICAL ANAFARTALAR BAZAAR IS RENEWED
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which renovated Anafartalar Bazaar, one of the historical symbols of the capital, in accordance with its original; Static strengthening, façade renovation, interior ceiling, wall and floor covering renovation works are continuing. On the other hand, renovation work is carried out in the electrical and mechanical installations of the building.
It is planned that the works will be completed this year and opened to the service of Ankara residents with a brand new look.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS IN THE OLD YOUTH AND SPORTS PROVINCIAL DIRECTORATE BUILDING
Within the scope of the ongoing works in the building of the former Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, which is owned by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality; renovation works on the exterior and interior of the building, ceiling, wall and floor, as well as renovation works on the elevator, electrical and mechanical installations are carried out.
It is aimed that the works will be completed within this year and the EGO General Directorate will be moved to the building.
