There will be football, volleyball and basketball courts, seminar and event halls, and bungalow houses for accommodation in the camp area, which will serve not only the people of Bursa, but also all young people from all over Turkey.

4 seasons service

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş, together with Orhaneli Mayor Ali Aykurt, examined the ongoing work in Göynükbelen Youth Camp on site. Expressing that one of the most important topics of the Metropolitan Municipality is youth services, Mayor Aktaş said, “We are one of the cities with a dense young population in Turkey. We are constantly working on how we can implement projects for young people. Our Gemlik Karacaali camp and Kestel Alaçam camps, which mostly serve as sea camps, attract great attention from young people. Now, we are bringing Göynükbelen Youth Camp, which will serve 12 times a year, to our Bursa. An important movement will begin in our mountain region with our young people from all over Turkey. The difficult part of the construction is about to be completed, hopefully we are planning to complete the first phase in September and start serving. We wish good luck to our youth and our region in advance of our camp," he said.
