The first fasts were opened in the iftar tents set up by Keçiören Municipality in earthquake zones Malatya, Adıyaman and Kahramanmaraş Ekinözü. Hot food, drink and dessert were served in the iftar tent serving earthquake victims and staff in the region.
Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok, who said that they will offer hot iftar meals to thousands of people in the earthquake region during the month of Ramadan, said, “We set up our tents so that we can enjoy the month of Ramadan in our earthquake regions with peace of mind. We cook our meals in the region and serve them to our citizens. The first fasts were opened in our iftar tent. May Almighty Allah accept the fasting prayers of our citizens.
