Temporary Workers Will Be Transferred to Permanent Staff at their Workplaces
With the law, the period of hiring temporary workers was increased in line with the needs of the institutions. Accordingly, the working period of those working in temporary job positions can be extended up to 11 months and 29 days within the same visa period. In determining this period, the administration, the institution and the ministry to which the organization is affiliated or related will be authorized.
The regulation requiring the termination of employment contracts on the date when workers who continue to be employed in temporary job positions due to the fact that they cannot be transferred to permanent staff or contracted personnel status will be entitled to an old-age or retirement pension from the social security institution to which they are affiliated has been abolished. Thus, it is aimed to leave the decision to continue or terminate the employment contract to the parties of the contract.
Temporary workers employed by administrations, institutions and organizations will be transferred to permanent staff positions that are vacant in these workplaces, based on the length of service they have spent in the workplaces where they are employed.

All Veterans Will Be Paid Monthly at Minimum Wage Level
With the Law on Granting Honor Pension to Those Who Have Been Awarded with the Medal of Independence, and the Law Amending Some Laws and Decrees, the differences between the pensions of combat veterans will be eliminated and a monthly salary equal to the minimum wage will be paid.
In addition to Turkish citizens who participated in the National Struggle and were awarded the Medal of Independence for this reason, Turkish citizens who actually participated in the war in Korea in 1950 and took part in the Peace Operation in Cyprus in 1974, as long as they are alive, serve the country. 30-day net minimum wage will be paid monthly. In the event of the death of the right holder, this monthly will be tied to the widow at a rate of 75 percent; only if the widow remarries. Turkish citizens who have served the Turkish country with great success and effort without seeking any reward or benefit will be paid a monthly net amount of the minimum wage to all veterans, regardless of whether they have social security or not.

With the amendment made in the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law, 1100 liras paid during Ramadan Feast and Eid al-Adha will be increased to 2000 liras, on the condition that those who receive income and monthly payments receive income and monthly income in the month of the feast.
