The Economics Congress of the Second Century, titled “We are building the Turkey of the Future”, starts on its third day with stakeholder meetings. Farmer, worker and industrialist-merchant-tradesman groups will attend the stakeholder meetings to be held in Bıçakçı Han on 17 and 18 March. Parallel to the stakeholder meetings, many valuable names will continue to meet with their audience at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center (AASSM).
The congress will be held simultaneously in two different venues on March 17 and 18. In stakeholder meetings that will last for two days within the scope of the congress, groups of workers, farmers and industrialists-traders-traders will gather to finalize the declarations they have been working on since August 2022.
The representatives of the institutions, who will evaluate each other's declarations for two days, will finalize the draft conclusion texts after extensive discussions. The prepared declarations will be submitted to the votes of all the delegates on the last day of the congress and the final declaration will be revealed. The final declaration, which will play a role in the economic policies of Turkey's second century, will be announced to all of Turkey and the world on March 21.

The speeches part of the congress at AASSM will be made with the presentation of Özlem Gürses. In the morning session, economist Prof. from Boğaziçi University. Dr. Şevket Pamuk, sociologist Prof. from Bielefeld University. Dr. Thomas Faist, historian Prof. Dr. Asım Karaömerlioğlu and ESİAD High Advisory Council Chairman Sıtkı Şükürer will speak.
