The new version of the terminal, which also offers a comfortable workspace for students, was highly appreciated by the citizens.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has transformed AŞTİ, which is visited by tens of thousands of citizens every day, into a modern and comfortable space.
AŞTİ has been made worthy of the Capital with maintenance-repair and renovation works at the bus terminal, which is one of the main transportation points of Ankara. With the renovation works initiated by ABB, AŞTİ; It gained a brand new look with its travel-themed library, study area for students, daily rental office, meeting rooms, exhibition and show hall, and children's playground.
BAŞKENTLİLER IS SATISFIED WITH THE CHANGE AT AŞTİ
Ankara Intercity Terminal Operation (AŞTİ), one of Turkey's largest and oldest bus terminals, continues to serve citizens with the qualifications to meet the needs of passengers. The terminal, which offers a comfortable study area especially for students, also provides free internet.
Passengers who spent time at AŞTİ before their trip, students who came to study and tradesmen expressed their thoughts on the exchange realized at the terminal with the following words:
Yagiz Erdem: “The study areas are well thought out. I like the last version. Well done to those who made this place… The areas here did not exist before. New study areas were built and it was very nice. Quite comfortable. People spend hours here, they can study and have a pleasant time.”
Şevval Iqbal: “I am a student and we need these fields very much. I noticed today that it has been renewed. These areas made for students are very nice.”
Ceyda Nur Fate: “It used to be just a sitting area. It didn't work for anyone. Now, I really liked that the library was formed in this way and that the whole of AŞTİ was beautifully decorated as a single whole. It's great that it's helpful to people."
