“To date, a total of 5 thousand 133 houses have been delivered”
In the statement made by the Ministry, it was stated that a total of 5 houses have been handed over to Roman citizens within the scope of the "Planned Urbanization and Housing Production Mobilization" slum transformation (urban renewal) program and that work on housing practices continues. With the urban transformation projects carried out by TOKİ, "Urban Transformation and Development Projects" were developed in Istanbul Fatih, Yalova Bağlarbaşı, Edirne Menzilahir, Istanbul Çatalca, Bursa Mustafakemalpaşa Yenidere and Istanbul Sarıgöl, as well as Family and Development Projects. It was emphasized that the Ministry of Social Policies produced housing for Roman citizens.
In addition, it was stated that the projects for the construction of 98 residences in Zafer Mahallesi, Selçuk district of İzmir, were completed and the tender process was started, and the project designs of 300 residences planned to be built in Kocaeli were completed.
In addition, the General Directorate of Construction Affairs of the Ministry reminded that the façade improvement construction process for a total of 36 residences on two streets in İzmir Konak İkiçeşmelik location continues and it was stated that the aim of the project is to make the living texture of the neighborhood aesthetic, lively and comfortable.
In the statement, it was stated that the project process of 60 residences in Çanakkale Arslanca was completed and the construction tender was carried out, while the project works for 120 residences and 11 commercial units in Edirne Keşan continued.
“It will cover 12 provinces”
The social housing project announced by the President of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will cover 12 provinces.
