First Prize to TAI in InovaLIG Competition

Within the scope of the Turkey Innovation Week organized by the Turkish Exporters' Assembly, the winners of the InovaLIG competition, in which the innovation champions of Turkey were determined, were announced. Turkish Aerospace Industries won the first prize in the "Innovation Strategy" category with its innovation approach and innovation strategy focused exemplary studies carried out within the company.

Technology-oriented R&D studies carried out by Turkish Aerospace Industries continue to be rewarded. Turkish Aerospace Industries, which is Turkey's leading R&D company with its innovation-oriented work in the field of aviation and space, this time won the first prize in the "Innovation Strategy" category in the InovaLIG competition, where it was awarded many times before. In the process where the innovation vision of the company was explained in front of the jury, which included senior officials and managers from Turkey's leading institutions, organizations and universities, Turkish Aerospace Industry became the award-winning company. In the presentation of Turkish Aerospace Industries, there were innovation-oriented studies and exemplary projects as well as in-house entrepreneurship studies.

Receiving the award from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Turkish Aerospace Industries General Manager Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil said, “I would like to express my satisfaction that our company was deemed worthy of the first prize in the field of innovation at the award ceremony held with the approval of our President and that I received the award from the hand of our President. Thanks to the high visions of our President and the great support of our state, we witness a new technological development that creates sustainable added value every day. Turkey continues to be at the center of technology in every field. Rather than just developing the technologies that the world speaks of with domestic means, we are putting our signature under works that will set an example for the world with studies that prioritize innovation for new generation technologies. There are not many countries in the world that crown the innovation week with such big organizations. Within the scope of InovaLIG, Turkish Aerospace Industry was deemed worthy of an award in the "Innovation Strategy" category in 2018 and in the "Innovation Resources" category in 2019.
