Under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security, the Coast Guard and the Gendarmerie General Commands; Illegal Betting, Gambling, Bingo and Gaming Machines applications were made with the participation of 9.790 teams and 32.691 personnel across the country for Gambling, Bingo, Gaming Machines and Illegal Betting crimes.
In Illegal Betting Application;
In 97 workplaces where illegal bets were placed, legal action was taken against 105 people within the scope of Law No. 7258, administrative action was taken against 115 people for making illegal bets, fines were applied. 16 people were detained, 323 wanted people were caught.
In Gambling, Bingo and Gaming Machines Application;
17.480 workplaces, marine vehicles and 450 associations,
14 people were detained,
336 wanted persons were caught.
Legal action was taken against 294 individuals.
Administrative action was taken against 236 individuals and fines were imposed.
Administrative action was taken against 98 public workplaces and associations.
In the applications made;
1 printer,
40.615 TL money,
7 pistols,
3 hunting rifles,
41 bullets,
29 cutting/drilling tools,
20 gambling/gaming machines,
2 bingo machines,
various amounts of drugs,
1.938 smuggled cigarettes and a large number of illegal betting game coupons and gambling materials were seized.
