UEK stands for Distance Education Gate. The Distance Education Gate platform, prepared by the Presidential Human Resources Office, serves within the scope of the needs of public employees. WHAT IS THE DISTANCE EDUCATION GATE?
It is a domestic and national digital education platform prepared to equip public employees with the knowledge, skills and competencies suitable for their needs and offered to all public institutions. The Platform, designed within the scope of Digital Turkey studies, aims to provide equal opportunity in employee training, increase human resource efficiency and the quality of training and development activities.
WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES IT PROVIDES?
With the Platform, all public institutions can train their employees for their professional and personal development; video, presentation, live class or webinar methods. In this structure, where synchronous and asynchronous trainings are offered together, it is possible to follow the trainings and generate data with the developed reporting system as well as the measurement and evaluation system.
HOW TO USE?
Education authorities in public institutions and organizations can define employees to the system. More than 4 million public employees defined on the Distance Education Gate can log in to the Platform with e-Government and participate in the trainings assigned to them. Employees can access periodic trainings within the specified time, and access to indefinite trainings whenever they want.
WHO CAN BENEFIT?
Especially the Presidency, 17 Ministries, 10 Presidencies and all affiliated, related, related and coordinated public institutions and organizations, local administrations and universities can benefit from the Distance Education Gate.
