The results of the written and practical exams held by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for the vacant Fire Brigade and Police Officer positions have been announced. To be employed within the scope of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, a total of 61 candidates, among those who applied with the KPSS score, were entitled to become a 6 candidate Police Officer.
The Fire Brigade and Police Officer Written and Practice Exam, which was held by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Human Resources Branch Directorate in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Fire Brigade Regulation and the Municipal Police Regulation, for the vacancies, has been concluded. The list of candidates who succeeded in the written and practical exams and the candidates who won the exam as substitutes was announced.
For exam; Among the candidates who got at least 2020 points from the 70 KPSS (B) exam, those who meet the specified general and special conditions were ranked according to their scores. 325 candidates were determined according to KPSS scores.
For the Firefighter and Police Officer cadres, a pre-application was received electronically via e-Devlet Kapısı (turkiye.gov.tr) between 05.09.2022 and 09.09.2022, and after the ranking made according to KPSS scores, the written part was on 22.09.2022 and applied. Candidates took the exam between 26.09.2022 and 30.09.2022 for the department.
Written and practice exam; It was carried out within the framework of the provisions of the Municipal Fire Brigade Regulation, which came into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 21.10.2006 and numbered 26326, and the Municipal Police Regulation, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 11.04.2007 and numbered 26490.
In the exam, a total of 657 candidates to be employed within the scope of the Civil Servants Law No. 61 were entitled to become Firefighters and 6 candidates to become Police Officers.
