Akdeniz University Completed 80 Percent of Multi-Storey Car Park Construction

1797 percent of the construction of the Multi-Storey Parking Lot Project with a capacity of 80 vehicles, initiated by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality in the Akdeniz University Hospital campus, has been completed.

In the construction of the multi-storey car park, the foundation of which was laid in March, feverish work continues. Head of Science Department Serkan Temuçin said, “When the multi-storey car park construction is completed, the parking problem of Akdeniz University will be solved. Our project, which sits on an area of ​​13 thousand square meters, is a 4-storey car park. There is a total construction area of ​​54 thousand square meters. The rough construction of our project will be completed by the end of the year. After the rough construction is completed, the other architectural application, mechanical and electrical group productions and landscaping of the project will be carried out by Akdeniz University.

80% Complete

Stating that 80 percent of the multi-storey car park construction has been completed, Head of Science Department Temuçin said, “Our project will be completed on the same day in accordance with the tender process. Our multi-storey car park project, which was tendered for 45 million TL, will have a cost of approximately 120 million TL, including price difference rates calculated according to TURKSTAT indexes and VAT. Akdeniz University Multi-Storey Car Park Project will also be used as an emergency meeting area and will meet an important need of the city.”
