2-Procurement of goods
a) Name: PURCHASE OF CLEANING VEHICLE (INCLUDING SNOW PLOW APPARATUS) TO ERZURUM AND KARS LOGISTICS CENTERS
b) Quality, type and quantity:
Purchase of 2 units of at least 1 (one) m³ capacity compact type 4×4 traction multi-purpose cleaning and road sweeping vehicle

c) Place to be made/delivered: Erzurum and Kars Logistics Centers
ç) Duration/delivery date: Cleaning vehicles will be delivered in 150 (One Hundred and Fifty) calendar days following the signing of the contract. In case the materials are not delivered in due time, the contract will be terminated unilaterally. Unsuitable cleaning and road sweeping Machines will be returned to the supplier company and new material will be provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days. The company will not claim any price or right for this. Cleaning Machines will be delivered to Erzurum (Palandöken) and Kars Logistics Centers. Along with the machine, standard tools, jacks and keys etc. will be given. Employment and maintenance training will be given to the personnel to be shown by TCDD.
d) Starting date of work: The work will start after the signing of the contract.
