President Yıldırım stated that the spacecraft that will go to the Moon is in the manufacturing phase and that they have given the task of developing the spacecraft to the TUBITAK Space Institute.

Their design work has already begun. It is about to be completed and will be put into production within this year. Its engine was again made by a 100% domestic hybrid rocket engine, Delta V. This is already ready, only the work of integrating and adapting it into space continues. The tests continue, we are ready for this, but it is still a difficult journey.” made statements.
In addition, the concept of opening the Turkish flag on the lunar surface, which has not been finalized about the lunar mission, said, “Of course, this is not easy, but we are thinking about something like this; our vehicle will land hard or crash softly on the Moon. Meanwhile, we aim to throw a small particle so that it is not damaged during the impact, and then a Turkish flag will be formed when it is opened. We have such a study, but this is not something that has been finalized. It's a difficult operation. We are working on this, 'Where do we put it in the vehicle, how do we launch it?' Like these are raw thoughts.
