Bursa EmekŞehir Hospital Light Rail System Line Construction and Electromechanical Systems Supply, Installation and Commissioning Works, Mudanya Road, Emek Mudanya going direction construction works will start as of Friday, February 25, 2022. Various arrangements were made in the traffic flow in line with the decision of the UKOME Board Subcommittee.
According to the written statement from Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, the traffic arrangement will be as follows;
“The direction of Sanayi Street, Mudanya Road going, between BursaRay Emek station and the highway entrance has been determined as the 1st Stage work area. Between Bursaray Emek Station and Highway Entrance on Mudanya Yolu Street, traffic will be taken to the 4-lane service road. Pedestrian crossings on Mudanya Road will be provided from Emek BursaRay Light Rail System station. Sanayi Caddesi 4 (D0732) bus stop on Mudanya Road will be moved to the temporary stop point created before 329th Street on the service road. During the period of traffic transfer at this stage, with the aim of not disrupting the traffic flow between BursaRay Emek Station and the Motorway entrance, Şht. com. The entrances and exits to the service road created on Private Ramazan Okur Cad, 21. Çiçek Sokak, Alev Sokak, Gürel Street and 7. Akar Street will be closed. Entrances and exits to the neighborhoods will be provided via 329. Street and Genç Osman Caddesi. While stopping and parking is prohibited along the route where the traffic transfer is made, the related inspection will be carried out continuously by the Traffic Inspection Branch Directorate.
It has been announced that line changes regarding public transportation lines will be announced simultaneously on the website bursa.bel.tr and ulasim.burulas.com.tr/. The authorities, who stated that the works that will enable the citizens to reach these locations more comfortably, safely and faster by extending the rail system network of Bursa to Geçit, YHT Bursa Station and Bursa City Hospital will be carried out in stages so that the transportation infrastructure in the region is not adversely affected. He said that in order to minimize the disruptions, it is of great importance for the drivers to obey the traffic signs and markers on the designated service roads and to prefer alternative corridors outside the working area whenever possible.
