Koç Holding announced that the tender for Fenerbahçe Kalamış Marina was canceled by the decision of the President.
The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) approved the transfer of the 12-year operating rights of Fenerbahçe Kalamış Yacht Harbor to Koç Holding for 40 billion liras on 2,53 November.
In its announcement on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Koç Holding stated that the tender for Fenerbahçe Kalamış Marina was canceled by the decision of the President.
- With our material disclosures dated 7 October 2021 and 12 November 2021, our subsidiaries Tek-Art Kalamış and Fenerbahçe Marmara Turizm Tesisleri A.Ş. It was announced to the public that the bid given by (Tek-Art) was the highest bid and that the tender decision was approved by the Presidency's decision.
- However, Tek-Art was notified on 19 January 2022 that the said tender was canceled by the President's decision dated 21 January 2022.
