In an era where technological advancement is reshaping every facet of our daily lives, empowering the next generation through targeted education becomes not just beneficial but essential. Recognizing this, prominent institutions such as the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of Youth and Sports, TÜBİTAK, and T3 Foundation have joined forces to launch a comprehensive program that aims to nurture young talent across Turkey.

This ambitious project targets the youth aged 4 to 18, offering them a structured pathway to develop skills in cutting-edge fields like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Aerospace Technologies, Cybersecurity, Nanotechnology, and Internet of Things. Through a network of more than 132 workshops spread across all 81 provinces, these organizations seek to democratize access to advanced technological education, ensuring no talented student is left behind due to geographic or financial barriers.

The Selection Process: Challenging and Merit-Based

The program’s recruitment process is designed to identify motivated and capable students through a meticulous, multi-stage evaluation system. Over recent years, around 600,000 applications have been received, underscoring the immense interest and competitive nature of the initiative. The selection process consists of three rigorous phases:

  • E-Exam: Students demonstrate their logical thinking and foundational knowledge in mathematics, science, algorithms, and general cultural awareness. This online test assesses analytical skills essential for advanced technological training.
  • Online Education and Task Completion: Successful candidates proceed to an interactive learning phase where they undertake various assignments and real-world challenges designed to deepen their understanding and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Application Exam: The final stage involves students creating a tangible project using provided materials within a limited timeframe, preparing them for real-world innovation and teamwork.

This comprehensive approach ensures that only the most promising talents advance, fostering a competitive yet nurturing environment for future tech leaders.

Extensive Training Program: Four Years of Free Education

Once selected, participants embark on an intensive 36-month journey that is entirely free of charge. The curriculum is meticulously designed to equip students with both technical expertise and essential soft skills, setting a solid foundation for careers in high-tech industries.
