Important Announcement from Maski

MASKİ General Directorate announced that no service will be provided for water loading and bill payment transactions throughout Manisa province between 30 April 23.45 and 1 May 06.00 due to the update to be made to apply new fee tariffs. In the statement made by MASKI, it was announced that the systems will be closed for citizens to take the necessary precautions between the specified dates and hours in order to avoid being victimized. Following the update, Manisa residents will start using the first 1 tons of water for 2 TL as of May 1, and the following levels will be available at a 30 percent discount.

Water fee tariffs were updated with the decision taken at the MASKİ Extraordinary General Assembly, which was held under the chairmanship of Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Architect Ferdi Zeyrek on April 18, 2024. As promised by Mayor Zeyrek, the water fee tariff, which is determined as 1 TL for the first two tons of water and a 30 percent discount for the following levels, will be implemented throughout Manisa province as of May 1.

In the statement made by MASKİ General Directorate, all systems for water loading and bill payment transactions to be made through banks' mobile applications, maski practices, maski matics, maski mobile application and online.manisasu.gov.tr ​​will be updated from 30 April 23.45 to 1 May 06.00. hence it will be out of service. The people of Manisa were kindly requested to take the necessary precautions to avoid being victimized between these dates and times.
