Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç's work for students continues uninterruptedly with the understanding of 'Student and Youth Friendly Municipality'. In this context, the Metropolitan Municipality offers free hot soup and tea in libraries as well as in state and foundation universities.
Students studying at state and foundation universities in Kayseri and students coming to the libraries of the Metropolitan Municipality are offered 10 thousand portions of hot soup and 2 rolls of bread daily, free of charge. While this practice continues seven days a week, 10 million portions of soup have been served so far.
Expressing that they were very pleased with the hot soup service, the young people expressed their gratitude to Mayor Büyükkılıç for this nice service.
