Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç made inspections at the construction site of the Yerköy-Kayseri High Speed Train Line (YHT) Project in Düver District of Kocasinan district. Mayor Büyükkılıç said, "Work continues rapidly on our 142-kilometer project."
Yerköy-Kayseri High Speed Train Line Project, which is one of the vision projects of Kayseri, starts from Yerköy, passes through Şefaatli, Yenifakılı, Himmetdede, connects Kayseri to Ankara via Ankara-Sivas High Speed Train line, Ankara-Eskişehir-İstanbul High Speed Train. It will connect it to Istanbul via the line. With the project, which will provide uninterrupted transportation between Kayseri-Ankara-Istanbul, the distance between Kayseri-Ankara will be reduced to 2 hours. Within the scope of the project, 142 stations, 2 tunnels, 15 bridges, 5 of which are viaducts, and 18 under/overpasses are planned on the 136-kilometer high-speed train route.
In this context, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç visited the construction site of the Yerköy-Kayseri High Speed Train Line Project, whose work is continuing at full speed, in Düver District of Kocasinan district.
Mayor Büyükkılıç examined the work done on site and received information about the latest situation from the authorities.
Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, in his statement during the investigations, said, “We are on a beautiful Friday. It is also a day where we have the Night of Power. First of all, I congratulate our fellow citizens on the month of Ramadan. "I hope that the people of Kayseri will reach many more Nights of Power of the Islamic World in peace," he said.
“Work Continues Rapidly”
Emphasizing that the 142-kilometer project is continuing rapidly, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, “We are currently at the construction site of our Kayseri-Ankara railway, or more precisely, our high-speed train project. Additionally, another main construction site is in the Yerköy area. Therefore, work continues rapidly in our 142 kilometer project. "Hopefully, it will be offered as a service to us between Kayseri and Ankara," he said.
