The 2024 Youth Basketball Champions League (Youth BCL) tournament ended with the final day matches.
In the group stage of the tournament held in Debrecen, Hungary, they defeated Czech representative BK Opava 88-63; Finished Group C as leader by beating German representative Porsche BBA Ludwigsburg with a score of 80-76; TOFAŞ U71 Youth Team, which lost 93-18 to Galatasaray in the semi-final match, faced off against Bosnia and Herzegovina representative Igokea m:TEL, with whom it faced in the final match last year, on the last day of the organization, this time for the third place.
TOFAŞ, which managed to defeat its opponent with a score of 89-93 in the match played at Olah Gabor Arena, came to the podium as the third place winner of the tournament, which it finished second last year.
He became the player of the match with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in the ranking match against Igokea m:TEL; Ömer Alp Engin 22 points; Batu Eryurtlu 19 points; Berkay Gönül contributed with 11 points.
The third place cup and medals were presented to TOFAŞ U18 Youth Team under the management of Caner Topaloğlu at the ceremony held after the match.
