Speaking in the wishes and wishes section of the April Council Meeting, Mayor Filiz Ceritoğlu Sengel touched upon the past local election process and said; “Local elections are a process in which people test themselves, both in terms of parties and administrations, and redesign what they can do for this city. In this sense, we completed the process in a manner worthy of Efes Selçuk. Good luck to all of us. From now on, all elected council members are the council members of Efes Selçuk. As I said during my previous term as mayor and council member, we stand by every decision that is for the benefit of Efes Selçuk. “It will be a good five years,” he said.
A SELF-SURED BUDGET
Filiz Mayor stated that Efes Selçuk Municipality is ready for the next five years with a solid financial statement; “As stated in the Audit Commission Report read in the last five years, I believe that not only for Selçuk Municipality but also in Turkey, there has never been another period in which 145 percent of accruals were made and 123 percent of collections were made. "Therefore, no one should have any doubt that we will continue as a municipality whose spine has improved and that has strengthened itself," he said.
