APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) To carry the general conditions stated in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) Graduating from the four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electronics engineering and electrical-electronics engineering departments of the faculties or from higher education institutions abroad whose equivalence has been accepted by the Council of Higher Education,
c) Graduates from engineering departments of faculties providing four-year education other than those specified in paragraph (b), departments of faculties of science and letters, education and educational sciences providing education on computer and technology, and departments of statistics, mathematics and physics, or dormitories whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education. Graduating from higher education institutions other than those stated in this article, (Higher education graduates specified in this article will be able to apply for only one of the positions that will be paid twice the monthly gross contract wage ceiling.)
ç) To have at least 3 (three) years of professional experience in software, software design and development and the management of this process or in the installation and management of large-scale network systems for those whose salary ceiling will not exceed twice the salary ceiling, and at least 5 (five) years for other candidates. , (In determining professional experience; those who are referred to as IT personnel as permanent staff subject to Law No. 657 or as IT personnel with contracted status subject to subparagraph (B) of Article 4 of the same Law and Decree Law No. 399, and as IT personnel with worker status by paying premiums to social security institutions in the private sector. d) For male candidates, if they have not reached the age of active military service, or if they have reached the age of military service, they must have completed their active military service, or have been exempted or postponed, or have been transferred to the reserve class.
