Within the scope of the project, we will build 820 houses in total. We have done many projects in the Aegean Region; We continue to do so. We pay special attention to Izmir. Earthquake and urban transformation are now an important reality of the country. We want to have a share in this transformation. We aim to create buildings with urban aesthetics, social areas and places to live. “With Forum Göztepe, we are implementing another award-winning project that suits Izmir.”

WE WILL START IN TWO MONTHS

NEW PROJECTS IN URBAN TRANSFORMATION ARE ON THE WAY IN IZMIR

There is a lot of work to be done in the field of urban transformation in Izmir. Because Izmir is a city on active fault lines and at risk of earthquakes. And also; The building stock of the city is also old. Izmir needs to transform by 80 percent. This unhealthy housing stock attracts more attention, especially in the city center. It is necessary to build new and healthy houses in Izmir and to carry out qualified projects that will meet the needs of the day. Our main job is to create living spaces.
