General Directorate of Forestry to Recruit 170 Contracted Personnel

The General Directorate of Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shared a personnel recruitment announcement. According to the statement, 170 contracted personnel such as lawyers, security guards, drivers, engineers, technicians, office personnel and forest conservation officers will be employed within the General Directorate of Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Applications for contracted personnel recruitment of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will start on April 16, 2024 and continue until April 26, 2024. Applications for the recruitment of 26 Forest Conservation Officers and 20 Engineers will start on April 29, 2024 and continue until May 9, 2024.

CONTRACTED PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT APPLICATION CONDITIONS

1. To have the general and special conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.

2. There is a KPSS (B) Group score requirement for the Public Personnel Selection Examination held by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in 2022; Having received at least 3 points from the KPSSP93 score type for titles requiring undergraduate graduation, KPSSP94 for titles requiring associate degree graduation, and KPSSP70 score for titles requiring secondary school graduation.

3. Candidates must meet all the conditions specified in the general and special conditions as of the last day of the application date, and the applications of those who do not meet and document the qualifications specified in the announcement will not be accepted. In addition, the contracts of those who are found to have forged/invalid documents or to have issued untrue documents on any date will be terminated and legal action will be taken against them, "even if they have been employed by signing a contract", and if a price has been paid to them by the administration, this price will be compensated with legal interest.

4. While working as a contracted personnel according to paragraph (B) of Article 657 of Law No. 4; For those whose service contracts have expired or who have applied to be placed in the contracted personnel position listed in the Annex, paragraph (B) of Article 657 of Law No. 4 and Annex 6.6.1978 of the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel put into effect by the Decision of the Council of Ministers dated 7 and numbered 15754/1. It should be taken into consideration that the provisions in the third and fourth paragraphs of the article will apply. Among those placed in these positions, those who do not fall within the scope of the exceptions specified in the third and fourth paragraphs of the additional article 1 of the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel will not be appointed.

FOREST CONSERVATION OFFICER RECRUITMENT APPLICATION CONDITIONS

a) To have the general and special conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

b) To get at least 2022 points from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (2022-KPSSP93) held in 65,

c) Associate degree programs affiliated to higher education institutions; Graduating from one of the departments of Forestry and Forest Products, Forest Management, Forestry, Forest Products, Non-Wood Forest Products, Sapling Growing, Sapling Growing, Sapling and Seedling, Pruning and Grafting, Hunting and Wildlife, Hunting and Wildlife,

ç) To obtain a medical board report from Full-fledged Health Institutions and Organizations (with the inscription that they can serve all over the country and use weapons). (It will be requested from the candidates who are entitled to sign the contract.)

d) While working as a contracted personnel in accordance with paragraph (B) of Article 657 of Law No. 4; Regarding those whose service contracts have expired or who have applied to be placed in the contracted personnel position in Annex-1, Article 657 of the Law No. 4 (B) and on the Employment of Contracted Personnel entered into force with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 6.6.1978 and numbered 7/15754. It should be considered that the provisions in the third and fourth paragraphs of the additional article 1 of the principles will be applied. e) Candidates must meet all the conditions specified in the general and special conditions as of the last day of the application date. In addition, legal action will be taken against those who, at any time, are found out that the document submitted at any time is false/invalid, and that they have issued an untrue document, "even if they have started to work by signing the contract", their contracts will be terminated and legal action will be taken against them, and if a price has been paid to them by the administration, this amount will be compensated together with the legal interest.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO BE REQUIRED FOR FOREST ENGINEER CANDIDATES

a) To have the general and special conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.

b) To get at least 2022 points from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (2022-KPSSP3) held in 70.

c) From undergraduate programs of higher education institutions; Graduating from the Forest Engineering department.

c) Fully-Equipped Health Institutions and Organizations (Can work anywhere in the country and use weapons
to obtain a health board report. (It will be requested from candidates who are eligible to sign the contract.)

d) While working as a contracted personnel in accordance with paragraph (B) of Article 657 of Law No. 4; Regarding those whose service contracts have expired or who have applied to be placed in the contracted personnel position in Annex-1, Article 657 of the Law No. 4 (B) and on the Employment of Contracted Personnel entered into force with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 6.6.1978 and numbered 7/15754.
